The Orphans of Cathorna
The Swath is sheltered from the mountain winds, though they do get up some speed by the western edge on windy days. It is generally flat with some undulations and a gentle rise towards the centre. Herbivores favour it for its lush grass, still air and good visibility. Goats, wild sheep and other grazers are scattered across it.
